1.        Background​

 

This application seeks to amend the proposed Villa Rosa and Cresta Quay development at Il-Bajja ta’ San Ġorġ, San Giljan.

The proposal requires an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) as per Schedule I, Category II, Section 7.1.2.1 and 7.1.2.3 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (S.L. 549.46).  


2.        Consultation Questions
 
The Environment and Resources Authority is formulating terms of reference for the preparation of an EIA Report on the development mentioned above. The general public is invited to submit written comments on matters it wishes to see included in the terms of reference.
