1.        Background​

The first phase seeks the complete demolition of three existing detached villas, garages, and trees to excavate the site and construct the underground parking. Whereas the second phase seeks to construct a multi-storey complex, which will accommodate mixed used development over a height of 33 levels.

The proposal requires an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) as per Schedule I, Category II, Section - Projects which have: (ii) a gross floor area of 30,000m² or (iii) a gross floor area of 10,000m² or more for commercial use, including shops, shopping centres, offices or other business - of the Environmental Impact Assessment 
Regulations (S.L. 549.46).

2.        Consultation Questions

The Environment and Resources Authority is in receipt of the EIA Report on the development mentioned above. The general public is invited to submit written comments on the said documentation.
