1.        Background​

In line with the provisions of the SEA Regulations (S.L. 549.61) and the Maritime Spatial Planning Regulations (S.L. 552. 27), the Planning Authority is hereby notifying that Malta has entered into transboundary consultations with Italy on the Strategic Environment Assessment of the Draft Italian Maritime Spatial Plans.
