1.        Background

This development application proposes changes to the approved development of the Delimara Bay hotel (PA/02767/16). In 2017, an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) had been carried out for the development of the hotel, as part of PA/02767/16. In view of the currently proposed changes to the said development, an Update of the EIA Report has been prepared and submitted.


2.        Consultation Questions​

The Environment and Resources Authority is in receipt of an Update of the EIA Report on the above-mentioned development. The general public is invited to submit written comments on the said documentation.
