1.        Background​


Racism and xenophobia do not define us: Government is committed to creating a fair and just society for all. To this end, in May 2020, a Working Group consisting of experts from both Government and civil society was set up with the brief to draft a National Action Plan against Racism and Xenophobia, which would propose effective and measurable actions in various spheres of life. The first step of the process is this Public Consultation.
