1.        Background
 

The consultation considers the granting of temporary extensions to existing rights of use of radio spectrum in the 1920-1980 MHz and 2110-2170 MHz frequency bands for the continued provision of terrestrial systems capable of providing electronic communications services, as a measure to align the expiry dates of existing rights of use of radio spectrum in this band.​
